Mr. Reed made my car buying experience so pleasurable. I have purchased many cars in my life two of which were Mercedes this being my third. Unfortunately, I had visited the Grapevine office where I felt I was handed down by another sales person who I had been corresponding with, then seemed as if the car I was interested in was not available…. but wasn’t told that prior to driving all the way up there. Again, with all that being said I was a bit hesitant and to be quite honest had given up on buying a car. I owned a 2008 S550. I placed an order for a 2014 S550, but it was not going to come in until January. Then, I had a suspension problem with my 2008, and I was 3000 miles past service, and I needed new ti but it was not going to come in until January. Then, I had a suspension problem with my 2008, and I was 3000 miles past service, and I needed new tires. Thus, I did not want to wait until January for my new S550. When I communicated that I did not want to wait, Park Place did a great job of getting me into a new 2014 S550 that is awesome. They made the process painless. All I had to do was spend a few minutes on the phone with them, and then they delivered the car to my house and I signed all the papers on my dining room table in 5 minutes and the car was mine. Great experience. I would highly recommend Park Place Fort Worth to anyone. More
