Once the price was agreed upon we met with financing who was also great and made it easy. I picked up my vehicle that was spotless and full of fuel. I owned a 2008 S550. I placed an order for a 2014 S550, but it was not going to come in until January. Then, I had a suspension problem with my 2008, and I was 3000 miles past service, and I needed new ti but it was not going to come in until January. Then, I had a suspension problem with my 2008, and I was 3000 miles past service, and I needed new tires. Thus, I did not want to wait until January for my new S550. When I communicated that I did not want to wait, Park Place did a great job of getting me into a new 2014 S550 that is awesome. They made the process painless. All I had to do was spend a few minutes on the phone with them, and then they delivered the car to my house and I signed all the papers on my dining room table in 5 minutes and the car was mine. Jonathan Collins has excellent people skills and demonstrated a knowledge of the product that transcends that of any auto salesman I have encountered. He was extremely attentive at each and every phase of the sales process. In the future, should I decide to purchase another Benz, I will definitely look for him. On the other hand, the finance department had the incorrect purchase price on the contract and if we had not looked closely, we would have paid $2000. more than required. $2000. is not a lot of money, however, every thousand counts in difficult times. Two pages of the purchase contract had to be redone by Andrei, which slowed things down a tad. Apparently the finance department needs more help. Overall, Park Place was a great experience. As far the new car experience goes, I would rate Park Place as the highest in overall customer satisfaction. My experiences at Porsche & BMW, which until recently I regarded as moderate but better than a Place as the highest in overall customer satisfaction. My experiences at Porsche & BMW, which until recently I regarded as moderate but better than average, pale in comparison to how well I was treated at Park Place Fort Worth. The personable mannerisms and attention to detail expressed go beyond any reasonable expectation I would ever have had for any dealership. I am extremely difficult to please however Gary and Corey delivered so far beyond my expectation I can honestly say I will only shop cars at Park Place. Their motto is that they want customers for life, well, they've just earned another one. More
