I had been searching online for months now for the perfect truck. I found it at Park Place. When I emailed in to inquire, I very promptly received a response from Jonathon Barnett. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jonathon was very professional and personable. He was not pushy like most sales people are. He provided me with the information I needed and allowed me to make my decision. I had a few accessories that I wanted to remove from my old vehicle, so Jonathon even drove the new vehicle to meet me closer to my end of town so I could go home and remove them. Zane Gober was helpful in getting me what I wanted for the vehicle I was trading in. Once in finance, Wes Steely made it a very smooth transaction. We had a very positive experience with Park Place, and especially with Matt Gadway. We just dropped in one evening to look at the new CLA to see if it was a new car option for hard core Lexus owners. (We hit off right away because all 3 of us are golfers-even sharing mutual golfing friends) He made arrangements for a test drive the very next morning, and while on the test drive he methodically told/showed us the features of the CLA-without over-whelming us. He was extremely knowledgeable of the car and the Mercedes Benz company, and stated facts about the new CLA with no put-downs towards other luxury car makers. Still NO PRESSURE from Matt. We needed a few days to mull over our options; we decided on the CLA. Matt did everything he could to get the options and color we wanted for the new car. He even came to the house to make sure the garage door opener and electric gate buttons were synchronized in the new car. The salesman was very responsive to my needs. He listened to what I said I wanted and went about trying to provide me with my must haves. When the car that I wanted was sold to someone else, he found another to what I said I wanted and went about trying to provide me with my must haves. When the car that I wanted was sold to someone else, he found another car that was similar at another dealership. I gave an ok on price, because the cost was higher than stated on the internet site. The manager explained to me that at the other location, the car was not certified and he had to pay to get it certified. I felt that the price for certification was a bit high, so I was not completely satisfied with the price. Otherwise, Mr. Barnett was very helpful in educating me on the different features of the car.
