I have been looking to purchase the car I ended up with for a very long time. I had some very specific wants in this car. I live in Austin, and had no luck finding said car anywhere near Austin. I quickly reached out to them via autotrader chat, and was greeted with a friendly response. A few moments later I had a drive out price, below what I would have expected for the car. Since I was from Austin, I put a deposit down for my car and picked it up the following weekend. Upon arrival the car was as described and very accurate from the description online and in the pictures. I even asked my sales rep to get a video for me so I can hear and see the car running. There was no hesitation in this request and I promptly received the video. Once I arrived, the car had already been detailed, I test drove it and found a problem. The battery was giving errors, the sales rep took the car to the service center and found a bad battery, again without hesitation they found an OEM replacement. Drove to the dealership, picked it up and installed it. The battery was replaced while I was signing the papers (literally 8min). There were no extra or hidden costs, the price was exactly what we agreed upon over email and nothing more or less. I would make the trip to Dallas again if needed and would for sure recommend my friends and family. The best car purchasing experience I've ever had. More
