I purchased an Infiniti G37 from your dealership on June 1 and had the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. I have purchased many cars in my life but my experience at Park Place was different in 1 and had the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. I have purchased many cars in my life but my experience at Park Place was different in that both Corey and Cal went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable, happy, and a good match with the vehicle I was purchasing. During the process both Corey and Cal continually checked to not only make sure I was ok and didn't need anything to make my experience more pleasant they also kept me updated on where we were at in the process. Every request I made they met with a smile on their face and within two hours of arriving at the dealership I was on my way home with my new car. They also followed up to make sure i was happy after my purchase, to me that's the way a car buying experience should be: customer focused and fast. These gentlemen were professional beyond belief and I promise you this; when it comes time for me to buy a new car-I will visit them again! More

My experience at Park Place was unexpectedly excellent. I went into Park Place after going to another car dealer (who I will not name) and not finding what I was looking for. I was so unsatisfied with the first place I went that I came in to Park Place a bit worried but still determined to find what I was looking for at the right price. I had a 2009 Mercedes C class and wanted a newer vehicle with very specific features not available to me in my 2009. I called in and made an appointment before I came in. I called Park Place to and asked the sales representative about the features I was looking for before I arrived to the dealership. We set up a time for me to come in based on my availability that day and when I arrived, he already had the cars that applied to my specifications ready and all in the same area. It didn't take me long to choose my car. My sales rep was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and that I had nothing to worry about when it came to financing. He was professional and a gentleman. The finance manager took the time to come and introduce himself to me. It made me feel more comfortable to meet him knowing he had all of my information and was working out the terms of my loan. There was no haggling nor any issues regarding the financing nor the value of my trade in. The amount was competitive when compared to the offer from the first dealer for my trade in. After I reviewed the terms of the loan, I realized I would be paying less over the length of the loan for the newer vehicle than I would have paid for my 2009 that I already had been paying for over 18 months. I was astonished. Not only was I treated like royalty, but when it came to getting the deal done right, they really delivered. Based on my experience purchasing my car from Park Place, I plan on being a loyal customer for a long time. More
