My wife first visited the pre-owned sales area on a Wednesday and spent a lot of time test-driving Mercedes as well as competing brands on the lot. After we made our well-priced deal, Cal took the time to personally clean the car before delivering it to us. Zane Gober set up my wife's iPhone to the hands-free feature and fixed up the key-less entry for us and off we went.
