Rami Alnajjar was as courteous and helpful as anybody could expect. From the moment I entered the premises with just a question about the seating position in a SL550, and not showing any real interest in could expect. Pretty professional when you consider I presented myself in just jeans, tennis shoes and in need of a haircut. Not a likely prospect for actually buying a 57K buck automobile. After offering me a drive in it and showing me the features of the car during the drive, I decided to get off the fence line and buy it. I had no check book etc with me to leave a good faith downpayment, but that mattered not and he and the staff did an evaluation of what the payments would be and had no reservations when I stated that I wanted to do the financing thru my local branch Chase bank. No pressure to finance thru Park Place. That is a good thing imho. The price was reasonable. I could prehaps buy a SL a bit cheaper from a place in Dallas http://www.texasimportsales.com/web/inventory/All_years/Mercedes-Benz/SL-Class/All_body_types/All_vehicles/ but I doubt I would have gotten service any better than Park Place. Very doubtful. The day that I actually drove off with the car, Rami showed me how there was a squeak in the passengers side door and how he had ordered the part to fix said squeak and how I could return the next day and have said part installed free. That is very good service imho. Plus, he showed me each and every function of the car inside and out. Maybe twice if you consider the first day I was there. Everybody I met at Park Place was pleasant and civil and informative, bar none. The service (showing me the car and doing the figures for the financing) was fast and effiecient along with a special request I made to Rami to get me my credit score if he could. He did, thank you. The servicing of the car prior to delivery left me recieving a spic and span car that looks new as a new born baby. Thanks to the people who preped the car. I remember not the NEW car salesmans name who showed me how the back seat of a GL350 folds down along with the next set of seats nor do I remember the name of the black man who had a desk next to or near Rami's desk who also helped out cheefully when I asked him a question or two. Kudos to him. The overall experience was as good as it gets. The only improvement would be if they handed me the money to pay for the car (humor, please). Thanks. More

I was in the market for new car this year and I found a car online that interested me -- a 2011 white Lexus with tan interior and a sunroof. I thought this car was my dream car. It happened to be at Park car online that interested me -- a 2011 white Lexus with tan interior and a sunroof. I thought this car was my dream car. It happened to be at Park Place in Fort Worth. I don't know much about Fort Worth and I did not know how far I needed to drive to see the car. I called the dealership (2-26-2013) and was fortunate to talk to John Shepherd. From the moment we spoke, John was extremely helpful and encouraging to me. When I told him that Fort Worth was too far to drive to look at a car (I live in Irving), he offered to fill my gas tank. I figured even if I didn't get the car, I would still have almost a full tank of gas to get back and forth to work. At this point, I figured that I could not lose. I drove to Fort Worth to the dealership. From the moment I arrived, John was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We took the car that I liked for a test drive and he gave me details about the car. Back at the dealership, he quickly filled out the paperwork and submitted it to the finance department. I ended up not buying the car that I drove to Fort Worth to buy (the 2011 Lexus), but now am the proud owner of a much better car. I now own a 2012 Mercedes Benz sports coupe. John understood my needs beforehand -- he even remembered my favorite radio station and kept the music tuned to that station when we test drove the cars. While we waited for the paperwork to be approved, he showed me around the dealership and even provided me with a packet of special offers. When the deal with finally done, John sat with me in my new car for almost two hours showing me how to operate the controls and program the Bluetooth for my phone. John Shepherd is an asset to your dealership. He is very distinguished, courteous, friendly, professional, as well as very knowledgeable about how to obtain auto sales and fill customer needs. Since I bought my Benz, I have told everyone that I know about John Shepherd and Park Place in Fort Worth. John Shepherd has made it difficult for me to consider another car brand when I'm in the market to purchase again. More
The service and professionalism that was provided to me by not only Rami, but Jonathan and Wes were fantastic as well. Too often, dealerships will frown on used sales versus new sales. I wanted to down size my R350 to a GLK350 an Rami was very helpful in assisting us to just that. He made the whole process very seamless. After sharing with him that my mother was ill and we had limite very helpful in assisting us to just that. He made the whole process very seamless. After sharing with him that my mother was ill and we had limited time window, he took care of all the information and allowed me to return home and care for my mother and we finished the tranaction the following day. I don't know if this is standard procedure but it certainly made a lasting impression on me that this company is not just about a sale. So, this why I have given Rami and Excellent rating. John Shepherd is a neighbor of mine and I owned an Audi which I was considering trading in on a Q5. I had worked with the Audi dealership near me and that alone made me not want to deal with getting an Au which I was considering trading in on a Q5. In passing I mentioned to John if he came across a GLK that was used and he felt in good condition I might be interested, telling him the specifics I wanted and saying was not in any hurry. In a short while he contacted me telling me of a couple that had come in that I might be iinterested in, giving me the web site so I could view them. Neither was the color I wanted, so let him know and he was extremely pleasant and understanding, not pushy at all, unlike what I had dealt with in the the past. In a few more days he called with the information on a GLK that he thought might be the one, again being totally professional and going way beyond what would be required, working with me on his only day off. Great vehicle and after driving it decided I would really like to have this car and drove in from Carrollton to Ft. Worth to see what kind of deal could be made. John already had any paper work already completed that might be needed if I decided, mentioning again there was not any pressure. All went so smoothly and efficient with a great deal offered to me. I accepted and the rest is history. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience and would recommend Park Place and John Shepherd to anyone interested in a new or used car. The drive from Carrollton to Ft Worth was well worth it, something I normally would not do. In fact more than likely will do all my servicing there because of the awesome way all employees were so courteous and helpful. They made me feel special like I was truly a VIP. John let me know today that he would program my garage door tonight after work if I wanted ...... what a nice man. Being a single woman this is really a big help ...... thank you John.
