I called Park Place Mercedes on Saturday, Feb 15 with an inquiry of the 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG that was for sale. Jon Shepherd answered my call and told me the vehicle was still for sale. Mr. Shepherd called me back very promptly with a question I had and told me to come for a test drive as soon as possible because there were other clients interested in the same car. Due to earlier commitments, I couldn't make it to the dealership until late afternoon. Of course being a Saturday, the dealership was extremely busy. Jon had a client about to take delivery of a vehicle, but he turned me over to Joe Sabin who managed to pull the car around and let me take a good look at it. Mr. Sabin was very knowledgable about the C63 and knew just about everything on or related to the car. Joe even knew the history of the previous owner!! Joe arranged for a test drive-which was very impressive and still made time to help me-even when he had a client arrive at the dealership. I am a very patient person and I really appreciated having some time to check out the vehicle in more detail while both Jon and Joe were tending to their other clients, but said if I had any questions, they would both be around. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable about buying the C63. I addressed some discrepancies I noticed on the vehicle and both Jon and Joe said it would be repaired. It was already past the time Park Place Mercedes closed, but they remained open an extra hour to finish up my purchase. Park Place was actually going let me take the C63 home after closing and return Monday to finish paperwork, receive a full detail, and repair all the items I inquired. When I returned on Monday, Joe told me the vehicle was being detailed and the paperwork should be finished shortly. Jon and Joe took really good care of me including making sure I had lunch. After we returned to the dealership, all the paperwork was completed, the C63 fully detailed to the point it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I have bought many vehicles and dealt with dealerships from Ford, Honda, Audi, and BMW. Park Place Mercedes of Fort Worth was the best car buying experience I ever had. No one treated me any differently. Whether looking to purchase a Smart car or a $250,000 Mclaren, everyone at the dealership treated me as a valuable client. I received exceptional service from both Joe and Jon. I consider having two sales consultants an advantage because both of them were making sure I was taken care of and all my needs were met. Jon helped with the deal and Joe got the C63 ready for delivery. The delivery experience was amazing. The iPad app for the delivery was a very nice touch and explained a lot of features. Joe and Jon mad sure any and all questions I had about the C63 were answered before I left the dealership. Both were accessible by telephone. Zane Gober, the sales manager went up to bat for me and made sure I received the most money for my trade. Mr. Gober took the time to answer any questions I had about the C63 or my deal and even made sure I was completely satisfied with the whole process. Park Place Mercedes of Fort Worth is a very beautiful dealership. It is very beautiful on the inside and feels welcoming and upscale. I can't put into words how greatful and thankful I am to have Jon, Joe, and Zane help me get car of my dreams. I know my next vehicle purchase will be at Park Place Mercedes Benz and hopefully I will have the pleasure of working with Joe, Jon, and Zane again. -Ty Throngkumpola More

My GL-550 was totaled after a head-on accident on 27 January. I visited several manufacturer's dealerships looking for a replacement truck. During my initial visit to Park Place during February Mr Collins greeted me warmly and offered his assistance and expertise. I wasn't sure which brand vehicle I would purchase. You see I thororlly investigate any vehicle that I am considering before I purchase one so I am very knowledgeable about it's specifications, handling qualities, strengths, weaknesses etc. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of all Mercedes Benz models and his confidence in this brand. Prior to my second visit I made a telecon to Mr. Collins and set up an appointment to drive and evaluate the ML-350 and the ML-550 since I decided that I wanted one or the other, I settled on the ML-550. I had previously arranged financing from my bank but he and Mr. Corey Haas found financing at a better rate at a different institution. Over the years I have purchased many new vehicles and this was my best experience due to Mr. Collins' professionalism and digilence. This is the fourth Mercedes that I have owned but my first purchase at the Fort Worth location and this was by far was the best experience. Walter Reed was professional and personable. He knows his product and took care of every detail in the financing. Walter was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to everybody shopping for a new or used car. I would also like to take the opportunity to compliment Wes Wright and Tom Kriepe. Wes Wright has been mine and my husband's advisor and he does a great job. Tom Kriepe is the number one mechanic/supervisor and he takes the time to talk to you whenever you bring your vehicle in. I am so glad that Fort Worth has a Mercedes-Benz location. More
