We were able to find the exact car feature-wise and color-wise that my wife wanted at a very reasonable price, compared to other manufacturer's competing choices. While my purchase was initially to be a replacement for a trade-in for myself, my purchasing decision was drawn out for over a month (due to issues totally unrelated to Park Place and instead related to the Audi dealer at which my trade-in was being repaired for more than four weeks), and we ultimately purchased a new vehicle for my wife instead because her old Honda was more in need of replacement than mine. Corey stayed in touch with me through our whole ordeal with Audi, in a not-too-frequent and very courteous way, and then helped us find her the vehicle of her choice when I did a 180 on him with my trade-in :) My immediate family has had previous experience with Park Place, having purchased and maintained several vehicles with them, and their experience has been great which greatly influenced our final purchasing decision. We actually stopped in to look atnPre-owned SUVs and wound up purchasing the new vehicle. We were looking to trade in our CLK350 for a larger vehicle. Rami took me to the lot and I ended up buying the first vehicle he showed us. I called Park place once I saw the car that I wanted online. Jonathon was very cordial on the phone and gave me the option of putting down a deposit if I wanted to have the car reserved for me. We was extremely happy that option was available to me. The car we talked about sold the same day and Jonathon worked arduously to find the one we was looking for. I was impressed with the work he did to find the GLK 350 we were looking for. The vehicle was not in country and he ensure that particularly GLK was shipped to Park place as it was our vehicle. He worked the finance and all the documents needed without me having to step a foot in the dealership (not that I was not inclined to go) as he made every part of the buying experience a pleasant one. He answered all our questions and delivered my car to me the time it was ready with the options we selected. He also took the time to explain all the options in the vehicle and helped us pre-set the vehicle features to include how to open the hood and how to jump start the vehicle just in case it was needed. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and expertise. We are pleased with our purchase and would recommend this dealership, and specifically Jonathan Collins to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz. More

This was the best car buying experience ever! Rami is not pushy and calm even though he had to answer my questions twice. Not only would I highly recommend Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth as a dealership because of the sales and finance team but would make sure they talk to Rami Alnajjar first. We came in late on a Monday and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. Tim listened to what we said we wanted and began to systematically help us focus our attention on a few options. After several test drives, Tim asked us to look at a car we had not considered before, and it was perfect--a great mix of all the things we said we needed and wanted. Tim stayed late and got our process started, let us take the car home so we could get our kids settled for the night, and then come back the next day to finish the final paperwork. The whole process took little time and was built for our convenience. Great experience and great post purchase service--we will shop Park Place again for our next car. More

My wife and I drove to Ft. Worth from Lubbock on Friday night with the intent to trade for a new vehicle and drive it home on Saturday. We were driving a Lexus GX-460 (we had previously decided we did not night with the intent to trade for a new vehicle and drive it home on Saturday. We were driving a Lexus GX-460 (we had previously decided we did not believe we wanted another if we found something we liked better that was within our budget) and we looked and test drove a couple of vehicles at nearby Infiniti prior to visiting Park Place Mercedes-Benz at around 10:30. Jason Camacho was the sales person who greeted us and worked with us. We had previously researched Mercedes vehicles and decided that the ML-350 4matic might best serve our needs. Jason allowed us to drive an ML-350 and we decided that this was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. At some point early in the process, the sales manager (sorry I don't recall his name) introduced himself to us and assured us that he would get things done as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. We have no previous experience with Mercedes, and were not sure whether this would be an acceptable (or affordable) choice for us. I had previously driven an ML-350 at the Lubbock Mercedes dealer, however, they did not have anything in inventory that interested me (and we wanted to have an opportunityh to consider an Infiniti). My wife had not previously driven a Mercedes. Jason searched the local inventory for an ML-350 equipped to our specifications and found one at the Grapevine location. We began the negotiation process, however, before we completed the negotiations, the vehicle was sold to someone else. Jason then searched for and found an alternate vehicle similarly equipped. We began negotiation on this vehicle and the dealer sent a driver to retrieve the vehicle of interest from the Grapevine location. Due to traffic conditions, it took quite a while for the driver to return with the vehicle. We stayed at the dealership pretty much all day working with the sales and financing staff to negotiate a deal satisfactory to us and to the dealer. We reached a point about mid-afternoon where we needed to go eat (we were getting a bit light-headed since we had last eaten around 7:00 AM). Jason offered that they would like to buy us lunch/dinner due to it taking so long to work out the details and get the vehicle from the other location. We accepted and had a wonderful meal. Working with the finance manager was also a great experience. He was able to find an interest rate better than what we had available back home. We were also interested in purchasing the Mercedes maintenance plan to cover routine maintenance on the vehicle, and he was able to include that in the financing package. We drive our vehicle more than 20,000 miles per year, so we typically run up to the warranty limit fairly quickly. He was able to offer an extended warranty at a reduced price to get us up to 5 years/75,000 muiles for a reduced rate. All said and done, after spending virtually all day with the staff at Park Place Mercedes (we left about 6:30), we came away pleased and successful. We were able to find the vehicle to meet our needs, negotiated a deal within our budget, and drove away in that vehicle the same day Our experience with all staff members encountered was great. All were friendly, courteous, and helpful, whether it was the receptionist at the desk in the front of the store, the sales staff, or the financial folks, we were pleased with our experience. All staff were willing to stay and help us complete the deal. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Jason Camacho was very professional and helped us reach our goal to drive back to Lubbock in a new vehicle. Nothing but a great experience from the time we arrived until we left. More
