Darryl was only interested in what WE were interested in, and he proved over and over again to be a discerning listener, he had answers for our questions, or knew how to get the answers immediately. Darryl worked WITH us and met our requirements. He was polite, patient and SERVED us. Once we made our decision to purchase at a certain price, he strove to meet all our expectations, was timely and reasonable and we drove home in our new Mercedes with an equitable sales arrangement in our hands. I believe Wes Mason was our loan officer, and he was totally patient with us, especially when I panicked at one point because I mis-understood something (I am hard of hearing.) It was easily resolved and we left his office totally satisfied. We were introduced to Ken Taylor in the Service Department. I have used Park Place Service Center for the last 5 years upon buying a used Mercedes E-320 from another dealership. When I brought my vehicle in for service a/ Park Place, no questions asked but jus years upon buying a used Mercedes E-320 from another dealership. I was always treated as special as if I had originally purchased that vehicle from Park Place. This past Saturday I brought that same 2004 Mercedes in for service and again was extended nothing but professional expertise by a young man named Ken Taylor. Upon expressing concern a/ whether I should continue with the expense of repairs or possibly looking at a new purchase, Ken introduced me to another professional sales person named Jonathan Collins. Jonathan Collins literally spent the day with my husband and me showing us the different possibilities of Mercedes ownership; pre-certified autos, different styles, models, and how a new model could be a match for us. Jonathan's courteous, friendly, engaging manner made this a wonderful experience for both of us. He was not only knowledgeable about the Mercedes product but presented the possibility of ownership in the most genuine, professional manner thus making the lease purchase of a 2012 ML 350 an absolute joy!!! I cannot brag enough on this young man who obviously not only believes in his product, his company, but loves what he does. Upon filling out the review, the opportunity for the highest mark was only a (5) but this man is an absolute, hands down, top drawer (10)!!!!! Rami was very friendly and professional. He was very helpful and thorough in assisting with my purchase of a used Lexus for my wife.
