I have already spoken with your Service Manager and he was no help. If you did not touch the sunglass compartment, how did you know it didn’t work and knew it would cost $1,500 to fix? It was not only the longer than expected wait time but the attitude of Cody when I told him I needed to hurry home because of the two disabled people I take care of. He could have explained how detailed the “systems check” was so I could have told him to stop so I could go home. Twice it was like talking to a wall.
