This dealership has an extremely poor over the phone customer service. They hanged up on me twice and don’t have the patience to explain anything. I felt like I was begging for details customer service. They hanged up on me twice and don’t have the patience to explain anything. I felt like I was begging for details More
DO NOT GO TO PARK PLACE MERCEDES, IN FORT WORTH FOR ANYTHING!!!!🤬 If I could make zero stars I would. They have taken my G WAGON and turned it to S***!!! GLUED the driver mirror back on, told me ANYTHING!!!!🤬 If I could make zero stars I would. They have taken my G WAGON and turned it to S***!!! GLUED the driver mirror back on, told me I did it myself. They Keep my car for 1-2 WEEKS at a time and don’t touch it UNTIL it’s the day of pick up. My app alerts me even when the car is unlocked. They ran the battery out and told me that I did that. Scratched the car and told me I did that. Forgetting THEY take pictures when the car arrives. My car went in for ROUTINE maintenance a several months ago, and ever since it has been at that store MORE than it’s been in my own garage. They talk to me like i’m dumb and think i know ZERO about cars or how the industry works. I promise you got the wrong person! The only trusted person in that entire place is Zach my service advisor. You can NOT even get ahold of the GM at any point and time!! More
HORRIBLE experience with this dealership’s service people!!! Jason Marron, a service writer, checked in my 2006 SL500 for general service and maintenance on June 12, 2023. After having my car for seve people!!! Jason Marron, a service writer, checked in my 2006 SL500 for general service and maintenance on June 12, 2023. After having my car for several days, not only did they try and upsell me with six supposedly needed repairs to the tune of almost $8600 (ALMOST as much as the car is worth), they damaged my radio/navigation screen, then I was told by Ernesto Rodriquez Diaz, another service writer, that it was in that condition when I left it there. I guarantee there was NOTHING wrong with it because I used the radio/nav screen on the way to their service center so I know it was in good condition before I got there. It was obvious that their wash and make-ready people pressed on it while cleaning it so hard that it damaged the pixels. The swipes and pressure marks are still visible on the screen, along with a greasy film of whatever cleaning medium they used. They continued to deny responsibility for the damage saying again that this was the way it was when I left it with them. Also, they did not fix the “squeaks and rattles” (in fact made them worse) and did offer to refund me that charge but would not pay the cost of replacing the radio/nav screen, which online I found to be about $300. I would definitely steer clear of this service center and find a good local independent shop. I’m sure there are plenty in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that are reputable, would appreciate your business, and treat you with more respect and fairness than I was at Park Place Motorcars. I will never do business with them again. EVER. More
Well my experience with Park Place was awful. I was having suspension problems so I drove from Abilene to drop off my car. They had it for a week and half and told me they did not know what was wrong w having suspension problems so I drove from Abilene to drop off my car. They had it for a week and half and told me they did not know what was wrong with it. When I went back to pick it up I open the door to get in all of the computer and components from under the dash was laying in my floor board. I never in a million years would had expected this type of service from such place! I'm still baffled how a Mercedes shop that works on Mercedes would Have some answer other than we are throwed for a loop and dont know what's wrong with your car. Thanks for nothing! More
Will NOT go back. Went in to get an oil change, fix the horn, and have the air conditioner checked on the used Mercedes we had just purchased from a private party. They talked me into letting them do what horn, and have the air conditioner checked on the used Mercedes we had just purchased from a private party. They talked me into letting them do what I thought was a quick xx of the major systems. I was told it would take a “couple of hours” so decided to wait. Five hours later (I told them after 3 hours that I had two disabled seniors waiting on me at home so needed to leave soon, they didn’t care) and $687 later I got into the car to find they had broken my sunglasses compartment and want $1,560.64 to fix it. No way! I opened and closed it several times before I brought it to them. They also claimed “electrical problem” for the horns and wanted $782. Funny, my son was able to replace the horn for less than $20 and it works fine now. Place is a rip-off and misleads you into thinking it is a real Mercedes dealership (Uses Park Place Mercedes on internet but it really is just Park Place Motorcars). I filed a formal complaint with Mercedes. More
