She wasn’t overly sales motivated and my girlfriend and I could tell she just wanted to help instead of trying to make a sale. The finance guy however, Steven morris, was terrible. Absolutely arrogant and overly pushy. He was not a good representative of the Honda dealership and overall was a jerk. I will definitely never recommend him, and would prefer to work with someone else next time who can actually talk to customers without being cocky and abrasive. just to reiterate however, Taylor was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. The Steven guy however....awful. More

We visited the dealership on Sunday. Spend 30 minutes there looking with Taylor. No hotbox tactics. Just pleasant Sunday shopping. Did some research Monday and Tuesday at home, and came in Weds morning to to pick up the car! Was approved for Honda financing within minutes and out the door pretty quickly. Taylor took her time to walk us through all the fancy new features on the car and off we drove away. Great dealership and great experience. More

The car I chose to buy wasn't ready to he driven home yet because they had to do a couple of repairs to make sure it was in tip top shape for me. Taylor texted me every day with updates, even on her days off! She went above and beyond. I was especially impressed when I stopped in later to pick up floor mats I ordered. The sales manager helping me noticed a nail in my tire and fixed it for free - in about 20 min! Overall I can't thank or recommend Taylor and the team at Wilsonville Honda enough! More
