I opened the door... and prepared for battle. But I digress... I just completed the lease on my second CR-V and I was on a quest for a new one. The last dealership I dealt with left me feeling like I was the enemy. That I was nothing more than an obstacle between themselves and what they perceived as their money I'd decided that wasn't the kind of business partner I wanted. So I went elsewhere. I didn't know what to expect, so i prepared for the worst. I was no more than 10 feet into the dealership when Anastasia reached out her hand and introduced herself. I was blunt... guarded. "I want a CR-V" I demanded. No nonsense, guarded, and right to the point. But then Anastasia brought me coffee and a cookie and soon I was smiling and chatting. She showed me the largest indoor showroom I had ever seen, or will likely ever see. No rain... no dust... Beautiful. They didn't try to sell me.... they helped me choose a new car. I was flabbergasted. I finally felt like a partner... I wasn't the enemy. They've earned more than my business, they've earned my respect.
