Love my new car and the experience I had purchasing it! She kept in contact with me through the whole process, letting me in on any updates (it took a few days for co-signing paperwork to go through). During this whole ordeal she had a very pleasant attitude and I never felt like I was dealing with one of those typical pushy car salesman. Her and her coworkers did a great job at getting me the best rate possible! I would totally recommend to anyone I know! More

Exceeded my expectations My wife and I needed to replace a vehicle that we owned for 15 years. I searched the entire state of Oregon , Washington and down as far as the Bay A My wife and I needed to replace a vehicle that we owned for 15 years. I searched the entire state of Oregon , Washington and down as far as the Bay Area in California for an Acura RDX. I found the vehicle that I was looking for at Parker Johnstones Wilsonville Honda. We live in Eagle Point , Oregon which is 269 miles South of this dealership so I couldn’t see , touch , feel and drive this vehicle until driving for 4 hours. My salesperson , Anthony Crutch , went above and beyond the typical call of duty to help me with the purchase of this vehicle. I asked him to describe the condition of the vehicle and told him that I am a very picky person and he was patient with me throughout the buying experience. He and his General Sales Manager , Bob Moore , went over the vehicle and inspected it’s condition and they told me that it was a very nice and exceptionaly clean and well maintained vehicle inside and out. I negotiated the price with the General Sales Manager over the phone , which really impressed me that he did this personally for me and placed a deposit on the car and drove up that Sunday. The vehicle was everything that they said it was and more. In pristine condition , we test drove it and loved every mile. Anthony brought us to his desk and we proceeded with the purchase and I was so relieved and confident about the purchase. We met the Finance Manager “ Jason Rhoads “ and he was terrific and made signing the paperwork very painless and rather fun. We love our new ( to us ) 2015 Acura RDX and the staff at this dealership delivered on every promise they made. My expectations were exceeded , let alone met , and we couldn’t be more pleased.
