Perhaps because I expected to go through the typical back and forth to work out a deal for a car. This time I had no intentions of going back to this dealership however, they had a car I was interested in. After trying to get negotiate a better price and not getting one and having checked out the internet and a dozen or more dealerships and cars from Medford to Seattle, here's what I found: The price was fair but, not killer, for what I bought. Zac, the sales person I primarily dealt with, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The closing, although always lengthy, was painless. Brandie, my finance contact, did a very thorough job explaining what all the paperwork meant, was professional and terrific to work with. I would go back and I would mention the experience as positive. More

From our first contact with Jenny and Ashlyn to our sales experience with Zac to our paperwork with Brandie, everyone knew the process and communicated it very well. Zac's introduction explaining that the best price was already posted relieved any negotiation pressure. It was a mute point, anyway, because we had done our research, and the price on the car was better than anyone else's for a certified car with the same mileage. In addition, the dealership was very flexible when we emailed to make arrangements to see the car. They knew we were driving from Tacoma and held the car once they knew we were on our way. Last, Zac's customer service was beyond great. When we couldn't take the care home on Thursday, so he picked up our daugher and her aunt at the Portland airport on Saturday and brought them to the dealership. The delivery of the vehicle was very smooth. We DEFINITELY will recommend Wilsonville Honda. to our friends. It was well worth the drive. More

Excellent Service Department! I love this place and wish I had taken the drive from Beaverton years ago with my 2001 Honda. The service guy (Mark) has actually taken the time to drive with me three times now as I wasn't sure what was going on with my (now my sons) Civic. Apparently it is due to having my brakes done elsewhere in the past, the pads don't fit quite well enough and cause it to make a rattle noise. This dealership is not like your typical dealership and I mean that of the highest compliments, they don't try to talk you into unnecessary service, they have coupons on their website which make the prices really not any higher than elsewhere. They could have simply told me I needed new brakes right away and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were honest. Also, when I asked how necessary it was that I get new bushings done on my car, they actually took a bushing from my car (it was terribly cracked) and showed it to me to compare to a new one and let me make the decision (I had them done). I will continue to go here and recommend them to anyone who has a Honda! Again, after being taken advantage of several times in the past, I can't tell you how much I appreciate somewhere that actually has integrity and who I can trust with (my sons) car! Oh and they do a better job washing your car (free with the service usually) than any car wash, my dull 2001 Honda actually was shiny :) They are worth the drive!! More

When we found ourselves in the market to purchase number six we decided on a Honda Odyssey. Oddly the same dealer we had purchased the first five from also had a Honda dealership. However, living in Wilsonville, we decided to go first to Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda since they are less than two miles from our home. We felt we probably would end up going to our old dealer to make the purchase. Surprise, surprise, we received such a friendly welcome at Wilsonville Honda from Gaylen Cashman, customer service representative, we stayed and was treated so graciously and warmly, we ended up going through the whole process of looking at a number of vehicles. We were interrupted by wife having to have an unexpected surgery. During the 3 or 4 week delay, we received several inquiries from Gaylen about my wife situation. She was so genuinely warm and personable, we went back to see Gaylen and see what we might end up with as a possible deal on a 2014 Odyssey. There needed to be none of that wearisome haggling, Gaylen gave us the no hassle price. I was definitely not used to that but soon discovered that two other Honda dealers could not come close to beating that price. We made our purchase from Gaylen and Wilsonville Honda and had a lot of fun doing it. They are all about earning and deserving your business and not just this time, but also the next time. They definitely make it easy to refer family and friends to them, because you know how they will be treated and that means a lot. Great Experience It was wonderful working with Michael Kinsman at Wilsonville Honda. We went in thinking that this would be our first stop in shopping for a "new" use It was wonderful working with Michael Kinsman at Wilsonville Honda. We went in thinking that this would be our first stop in shopping for a "new" used car. Well, it ended up being our first and last stop! Michael understood our needs and steered us in the correct direction. He did not try to get us to buy something that was beyond our needs or finances. Also, since we thought we were going to be looking at more cars and dealerships he did not pressure us into "buying today". He totally understood that we needed to think about the car we had picked out - since it was not the car we had gone in to see! (We were looking for a Honda Civic and purchased a Ford Focus.) He understood that we were totally committed to Honda and making the switch to a Ford was a difficult decision. He let us go home and sleep on it. In the end the Ford Focus met our needs and budget. Anyway' Lee was very friendly and accommodating in the sale and Terri expedited the paperwork fashionably! I'm not big on the up-sell of the extras at signing but that happens everywhere. I found a barely noticeable ding 2 days after purchase and though my car was used Jeff had them pop it out for free and it was done within 20 min of stopping in!! I believe I lucked out that the ding guy was there but very much appreciated the fix! Thanks Wilsonville Honda, and I look forward to bugging y'all about my car for many years to come!! More
