I would recommend Parker's Johnston's Honda Willsonville to any of my friends or family. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and were excellent with answering any questions I had. I love how honest everyone is and caring with the experience for their customers. It was worth the drive for me, it takes me about 45 mins to get to the dealership from my house but it was well worth the drive. I would go back again in the future when I need a new car, but for now I am very happy with my purchase and feel I got it for a good deal. I was shopping in an odd price range...There are not too many great cars in the $10,000 price range. Gene Luther, helped me find just the one, and he had a fairly good selection of cars at that price. The pricing structure they use was simple to understand and there was no need to negotiate over price. They have a list of other dealers selling the same car, for me their price was fourth place on a list of five other dealers. I felt good knowing other dealers were selling the same car for more. Then comes 5 day moneyback guarantee. FOr 5 days I can just take it back. If anything is wrong, if I wanna, I can just take it back. I won't but I could...That is nice. Financing was easy, got promised a rate half of my last car loan...Nice...Got a rate at less than half the original promise...8 year old car, financing at under 3% is incredible no matter who you are! Wife has a Tahoe we are considering trading in soon, but we wont even consider going to anyone else! Parker Johnstone Honda is the place for me! More

I spoke with Russell over the phone and he explained that Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda was not like any other dealerships he had worked at in the past. He assured me that they weren't going to have a bunch of sales guys start circling the lot like sharks as I had experienced at several other dealerships. He explained that they were the friendliest no-pressure group of people he's ever worked with and to trust him that I would have a wonderful experience. I appreciated that he came out to say goodbye and to confirm that we had a great experience and liked our car. (Thanks Russell, you were right! :) ) Michael was our sales person and he was super nice! Initially, he spent some time to let us know how their dealership works and that the sales people are NOT on commission. He went on to talk about what is different about their dealership- although I was a bit skeptical because of my past experiences at dealerships, you could tell that he was telling the truth.There was absolutely no pressure and we could tell that he really wanted to get us a car that had everything we wanted, and at the right price. So, he spent quite a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with what we had selected. He was really honest and down-to-earth and we appreciated this new approach after being approached (or sized up for our purchase) from numerous sales people at other dealerships. When it came to checking out our trade-in price, Jeff helped us out and he was this really nice guy and you could tell that he was there because he loved it and he came back and gave me a very fair offer for my car. Finally, working with Terri in financing turned out to be great as well. She got me a great interest rate, and although I was skeptical a bit and waiting for them to do a bait & switch like another local dealership did, everything went as she indicated....in fact, the price for an extra item I had quoted even went down a little bit! We ended up purchasing an almost new (<6K mi) Toyota Carolla - Sports model and we love it! This morning, my daughter and I discussed how pain free this purchase was - no haggling....no deceptiveness.... no anxiety with pricing/interest rates.... it was such a great experience that my daughter said that she would even buy a car from them in the future and tell all of her friends because it was such a great experience!
