I really appreciate that I left with EXACTLY the car I intended to buy (nothing less, nothing more) and paid EXACTLY what I had intended to pay/was told it would cost. More

Because of their excellent service, I would never take my car anywhere else and fully expect to buy my next car there although I love my 2006 Honda Accord EXL and have no plans to part with it anytime soon. Well I have been debating about buying a car for about 6 month's ..I had talked with Nichole at Wilsonville Honda back in march. She worked with creditor's to get me approved. I was just not sure, then in N month's ..I had talked with Nichole at Wilsonville Honda back in march. She worked with creditor's to get me approved. I was just not sure, then in November I actually got to drive my new car home. The whole process took about an hour maybe two. All I can say is it is nice to be treated with dignity and respect by a car dealership, Not just a commission that walked through the door. I have been to other dealership's and had horrible experience's, glad to say that does NOT happen at Wilsonville Honda...Great Job Nichole Friswold!!!! More
I CALLED A DEALERSHIP IN WASHINGTON STATE TO ASK THEM ABOUT A WARRANTY ISSUE THAT I HAD ON MY 2010 HONDA. TO MAKE A LONG STORY VERY SHORT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...I MAY NOT KNOW ALL ABOUT A WARRANTY ISSUE THAT I HAD ON MY 2010 HONDA. TO MAKE A LONG STORY VERY SHORT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...I MAY NOT KNOW ALL THE TECHNICAL TERMS ON DIAGNOSING PROBLEMS ON A VEHICLE BUT WORKING AT LES SCHWAB FOR 18 YEARS I DO KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO WORK WITH YOUR CUSTOMER WITH A SMILE IN YOUR VOICE AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT BRANDIE HAD WHEN SHE HELPED ME. SHE HAD SO MUCH REASSURANCE IN HER VOICE THAT SHE WOULD FIND OUT FOR ME THE CORRECT ANSWER AND GET RIGHT BACK TO ME. SHE CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT HER AND ROB WOULD CALL THE MAIN OFFICE AND CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SURE ENOUGH ROB CALLED BACK TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY BOTH WENT THAT EXTRA MILE TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT THEY REALLY CARED. I WILL NOT FORGET THE WAY THEY BOTH TREATED ME AND I WILL DEFINITELY DRIVE 70 MILES TO BUY MY NEXT CAR FROM THEM BECAUSE THEIR EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & THE DEALERSHIP IS A CLASS ACT!!!!! More
Unbelievably bad experience getting our 2004 Acura TL serviced here. We brought our perfect running family car in for a new timing belt and water pump replacement as part of it's recommended maintenance. serviced here. They call my wife trying to rattle her and get almost $4000 more out of us claiming that some mysterious housing part that nobody online or at other dealers / shops knows about is leaking oil everywhere. They tell her that it will get more expensive if she waits and overall try to strong-arm and threaten her. The car has never leaked a drop of oil and still doesn't. However, after they replaced the water (coolant) pump, there is coolant leaking everywhere. Our previously perfect running car is now useless until we find someone to find and fix the leak caused by the incompetent crooks at Willsonville Honda. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Dealership or any auto shop / garage. More
