Our experience was very good. From Dylan at the beginning and the end with Rainer for the actual test drive and purchase details we felt good about what was happening. We had to wait for the actual CR-V but expected that. Rainer kept us informed about the time line. We got the car before all of the accessories were available. We were given a loaner vehicle when the rest of the things were install. Ryan and Taylor made the after install less painful. As a senior living 30 miles away freeways are no fun for me. The CR-V safety features were immediately helpful. We selected Wilsonville Honda because of the large number of high ratings and found them to be true for us. We had no trade in and paid cash. No problems here. Price was more than fair for us. Of special importance to us was that my wife's health required that the seating would work. This was a make or break issue. Our car was a 1995 Accord EX-L Wagon. We kept it because we couldn't find a car with good seating. Rainer started the process of helping us figure out what would work. He was very patient and into problem solving mode. (100 degree day - Sunday) For the test drive I was driving "Miss Daisy" (wife in back seat as that head rest would work). Later on pick up of the CR-V Dylan helped us get the front seat head rest figured out. Since pickup we have adjusted the seats some and all is well. Excellent! Grateful for their help with us seniors. Well worth the drive. Recommend highly and would return if the need arose. More
