We had to find our own car and we did not get a demo of the car's features, we had to wait for a sales representative, we arrived at the dealership at 12:30pm and didn't leave with our car until 8:00pm. The car was ordered for my specifications and arrived a few days early which was a nice surprise. The paperwork went smoothly. Extended warranty of course offered, but I declined after hearing the basic information and there was no hard sale or concern which was appreciated. So I have done my research and have comparable numbers for a 2012 Honda Civic. I knew what I was looking for and all the options to go with it. We sat down and I was shown the reasons to buy from Wilsonville Honda followed by being shown a few cars and then offered to te if I could be helped. I was never pressured in anyway and my questions were always answered with a polite friendly attitude.
