I was looking for a used Dodge Durango Limited and had been searching the web for several months trying to find the right car for the price. Gene answered every question I had about the car was very open and honest about the details of the 2006 Dodge, there had been 1 owner and there were extensive service records. In all the time I have bought a car from a Dealership I have never experienced one of the highest level of customer service levels I received from Gene. Visited Wilsonville Honda on two occasions. First trip was to decide on colors for new Honda CRV we wanted to purchase. We were met with a friendly smile and asked if we could be helped. No pressure was applied to us at any time during any of our visits When we returned with intention to purchase we met Sheena and she helped us through the process. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process with both Sheena and Kimberlee. I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of different acquintences and will continue when asked for recommendations. We had visited other Honda dealerships over the last couple of years while deciding when and where we would make our purchase. we have never owned a honda before and were deciding between honda, hyundai, toyota and subaru. this was the last place we were visiting and we were tired, hungry and sick of car salespeople. what a p between honda, hyundai, toyota and subaru. this was the last place we were visiting and we were tired, hungry and sick of car salespeople. what a pleasant surprise to visit wilsonville honda! the building was clean and open and we were greeted rather than attacked. we were introduced to sheena and she (after serving us coffe, tea and cookies) helped us to narrow down what vehicle would best meet our needs. she explained and showed us all the cr-v models and explained the features of each. then she simply showed us the price...no dickering...just here you see the msrp and the cost of various accesories and here is our best price. we went home to think it over. in the meantime another honda dealer contacted us (from internet) and we mentioned the price we had been quoted. that salesperson acknowleged that their dealership could not match that price! we went back the very next day and purchased the car. because the vehicle had not come in yet we were able to choose which accesories to have installed, which pleased us and saved us money. everyone that we dealt with was pleasant and easy to talk to and sheena was fabulous with her follow up and contact until the car actually arrived. she was just a total pleasure to work with. we were also given a fair price for our trade-in, which saved us the hassle of selling that car privately. all in all we would totally recommend this dealer..and we love the car!! An extraordinarily good dealership. Today I was stranded a few miles from the dealership with a hopelessly locked steering wheel/ignition key.
