When I moved to Oregon a few years ago I found myself looking for a convenient place to have some service work done. I just stopped in to see what kind of money I would be having to spend. I scheduled right away and told me that I was going to be working with Cristina. Two days later I met with Cristina and of course Jenete was there to welcome me back. Those girls are so personable and friendly I'm not surprised that they are related. I love chatting with them because they make the usual car experience so much fun. I have no reason to go elsewhere. These three service advisors are phenomenal! They are so nice and always call us by name when we walk in. Service is efficient, reasonably priced and TRUSTWORTHY. The team understands that we can't always drop all of our money at once and are great at identifying things to be done now and things for later. The place is pleasant if one has to wait (coffee, TV, magazines, nice seating). I love that my car gets washed and cleaned. It is obvious that the individuals working LIKE their work and each other. It is evident that they work as a team on behalf of their customers. Why would I go anywhere else??? More
