Our new Pilot had a defective CD player. They ordered a new one, but the wrong one. This involved another visist, at 30 miles. The CD's that were stuck were going to be mailed to us. On Aug. 3, Stephanie said she would have them at the front counter with a note for us to pick up them up on Saturday. She didn't follow through. We waited for 45 minutes while they looked for them, making us late for an appointment. They said they would be mailed. The receptionist assured me she had mailed them on Aug. 10.
