Great experience until you get dragged into the office of the person who is going to shove the extended warranty down your throat. The first time someone says they aren’t interested the employee needs to mov the person who is going to shove the extended warranty down your throat. The first time someone says they aren’t interested the employee needs to move on, not continue on to tell them that their BRAND NEW car is basically a piece of crap and they are going to need the extended warranty and show them a 10k bill that could be me if I don’t buy it! 2 out of 3 times I have bought a car at Wilsonville Honda the warranty person was a nightmare and ruined my experience. It seems like you are under staffed. A price change occurred on our ordered car and the car had arrived at the dealership on Thursday. Had a cashier check drawn up and on the way to pick up the car Saturday we get a phone call the MSRP had gone up $410. 10 minutes before we arrive. Wendy was on vacation and I think Amy was on duty and I requested to speak to finance manager. She said she was sorry but we had signed off on MSRP could change up to date of purchase. I dread purchasing a car and this is one of the reasons. Something always happens, no way to do business. More
The Wilsonville Honda dealership is easy to work with and as a customer you feel that you’re not being taken advantage of.
