Of course I use this dealership, it’s closest to my office and my home. However, I’ve shopped around. Pricing has lead me squarely to Wilsonville Honda. This time again, saving up to $3K from other dealerships for the same car (it was in transit). Customer Service in the New Car Sales department has always been personable, informed, patient, NOT-pushy, and enjoyable. They’ve understood and accommodated my disdain for some of what would be presented in sales offers/pitches (I know, they need revenue streams!). In all the sales and finance teams have been great. I’ve just bought my 4th Honda from them. Also-the Service team has been remarkable over the years. I’ve been using them since they opened, so now 5 Hondas. Again, this team is personable and reasonable. They’ve allowed me to push back a couple of times, and have always gone out of their way to take care of me. Once covid is behind us perhaps we’ll get the cookies back in the lobby. 😉 More

This was my 3rd new Honda purchase (along with 2 used) and Galen was by far the easiest sales person to deal with. She allowed me the time and space needed to make a decision between 2 different vehicles, and Galen was by far the easiest sales person to deal with. There was no need to "check with my manager" or any of the other sales pressure techniques I have experienced at other local dealers. She had everything ready when I came to pick up my new car and I had a short in and out meeting with the finance manager and drove away. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
