This was my first vehicle purchase with Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda. I have been in contact with first with Geri, Rainer and then Gaylen Cashman. Gaylen was always very helpful, friendly and patient with me being a Senior of 76. Early on, I mainly was interested in a new Ridgeline, but due to limited factory inventory, we decided to buy a 2021 Honda Passport EXL AWD in deep scarlet pearl. Gaylen's knowledge of the Passport was outstanding. I can still call or e-mail her with any questions today. I have visited Parker several times and have had direct communications with Gaylen for several months; SO PATIENT...I have visited several other Honda dealerships in the Portland, Oregon area and have ranked Parker number one. I just feel at home at Parker. The employees are happy there. I like the service department area and the enclosed new vehicle storage area that one can see without any weather issues. Customer Service at Parker is Outstanding. We live in Clackamas, Oregon some 20 miles away but will do all my maintenance services at Parker in addition to any more Honda accessory purchases. This is now our third Honda Pilot, and we have researched the current competition extensively, only to return to the Pilot. After dealing with several other agencies, we had a basis of comparison and there was no contest. Being Stone Age folks, we don’t really want to mess around with xx, which I can spot a mile away. Wilsonville Honda was square, up front and direct, which we greatly appreciated. Gaylen was as helpful and patient as anyone could be…..most appreciated. The only reason we give her five stars is because they did’nt give us the option to give her seven or eight. She deserves a ten. More
