Cameron was amazing! He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. We lost my previous car in an accident and we were thrilled to find the exact replacement that we wan and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. We lost my previous car in an accident and we were thrilled to find the exact replacement that we wanted here. Everything went very smoothly from the beginning. This includes the sale, the paperwork and the after-the-sale service. Part of the deal was to repaint a door and that was done in a timely manner and with care. On my way home with my "new" car, I noticed a chip in the windshield. When the car went in to have the door painted I asked that the chip be sealed and I would be happy to pay for it. That was taken care of at no cost to us. This entire experience has totally changed my idea of working with a dealership. Thank you! More

I came to test drive one of their used cars, to potentially trade in my 2016 Honda CR-V for a car I saw on their website. (I had just come from a 3-day negative ordeal at another car dealer that en potentially trade in my 2016 Honda CR-V for a car I saw on their website. (I had just come from a 3-day negative ordeal at another car dealer that ended up with my cancelling a similar car-exchange deal.) From my first call to Wilsonville Honda; then to working with Taylor Reeves, my salesperson; on through to a completed transaction with my driving away with my new (pre-owned) vehicle, the transaction was a pleasant, professional, and easy experience. Unlike my other recent experience, Taylor treated me with respect; explained thoroughly whatever I asked her about; was proactive in pointing out things that she guessed (correctly) I might want to know about; and didn't try to upsell me or pad the sales offer with hidden fees and unexplained coverages - no pressure. For example, a recently-enacted tax that the other dealer tried to extract $715 for in a deal for a similarly-priced car, was $71 on my deal. I could go on, but I'll just say I'm happy with every aspect of my experience, all the way to Taylor proactively offering to synch my phone and music to the car's system before I left. Nice touch.
