Gaylen was absolutely wonderful through the entire process--from the time I had made the initial inquiry all the way through, along with ever had!! This is our first car with touch screen and phone connectivity. Giving 4 stars instead of 5, reflecting computer generated purchase price report. A suggestion to make the process even better: The report shows a list of the "off the lot" price including taxes etc., as well as showing items in financing (such as trade in, cash down, trade payoff). It would be even better to separate these two lists: showing off-the-lot price components --with subtotal—and the method of financing (trade in value plus amount to be financed)--with subtotal. I like having the separated item costs, but subtotals would make following the numbers easier. Overall, though, a MUCH more pleasant experience than previous car purchases at other dealers in the past. More

The first purchase was easy as after sitting in every SUV at the Auto Show, I decided to buy a sports car. Gaylen helped me with my purchase of a really cute resale Solstice I still enjoy driving. When it came time to say goodbye to my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, Gaylen and her dealership were able to offer a reasonable price. I enjoyed my experience with Gaylen, so went back to her for a CRV purchase. The car I asked about was sold, but Gaylen showed me a newly delivered lease return that fit every checkbox on my list. Taylor reached out to me after I sent an online inquiry about a HR-V. She gave me the option to respond via email, text or phone and I really appreciated that. I had to hold off for a week to come up for a test drive and she remembered to touch base when I was available and was able to schedule a meeting that was convenient to me. Once I arrived she was very helpful getting me set up with a test drive, loaned me a phone cable and even helped me pick a safe route to do a self guided test drive. When I decided to go through with the purchase and trade in my old car, she made sure to double check for any items and thankfully got my garage door opener I would have left behind. She also took the time to call my insurance to swap coverage. I felt she went above and beyond to help me through the process. Taylor is very friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. I would recommend working with her. Amanda was my finance representative and they were helpful by going over all the paperwork I needed to sign and explained my extra coverage options. They were able to come up with a customized package that fit what I felt I needed to protect my car. They were personable and helpful. The HR-V and my trade in were priced what I expected, so it made my decision to purchase very easy. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience at the Wilsonville Honda dealership and would recommend going there if you are looking to buy a Honda. More
