Anastasia was recommended by two other people who had done business with her and she proved that their comments were well founded. She answered a myriad of questions, patiently offered options, explained exactly what I could expect, demoed driving features, gave us a higher trade-in value than anyone else offered, and even helped us move items from my old Subaru to the new CR-V. I hadn't expected to make the purchase and wanted to take the CR-V home, so we financed at an excellent rate. Steve Morris help us through the paperwork and he was wonderful to work with, again answering all our questions.
