Experience with Taylor Reeves and Johnstone's Honda I was looking to purchase a 2019 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition and did my research before contacting any dealers. Johnstone's Honda was the only deale I was looking to purchase a 2019 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition and did my research before contacting any dealers. Johnstone's Honda was the only dealership who was upfront and did not make promises, (ie follow-up later, give price online) which they did not do. I arranged the entire price online and then visited with dealership with a trade in, which I purposely did not inform them about. At the dealership I was immediately transferred from the online members to Taylor. She was upfront, honest and to the point about what I was looking to accomplish. A fair assessment of my trade in was done in a very timely manner and when I did not agree with the offer, which was not out of line, Taylor negotiated for me quickly and the deal was done. The only issue with my new purchase was a hood scratch, which Taylor also took care of. Highly recommend this dealership, their online dept, and then asking to work with Taylor when you decide to come in. More

She presented what the base vehicle would cost plus gave me a list of what various optional equipment would cost. As I was still looking at other makes, I wasn't ready to buy then. Gaylen was great in responding to my questions. I finally decided on a Honda and the purchase process went very smoothly, thanks to Gaylen. She has continued to check in to see how things are going with my new car. When I had some minor issues, she facilitated an appointment with the service department. Gaylen's focus was finding the car that fit us Galyen and Wilsonville Honda were not focused on selling me the vehicle that made them the most money, but that made me and my wife happy (we ended up Galyen and Wilsonville Honda were not focused on selling me the vehicle that made them the most money, but that made me and my wife happy (we ended up buying a used Subaru Outback). Gaylen was very patient and friendly - we came by three separate times for test drives before we found the vehicle that was a fit for us, and she was always happy to see us. She was very knowledgeable about features as well - we had never had a vehicle with all the safety features that the cars these days have, and she took her time to walk through them all with us. We also worked with David on trade-in value, and he gave advice that helped us choose which of our two vehicles to trade in (both had about the same value, but one of them wasn't going to hold its value as long as the other - this is not something we would have thought of). Brandie made the document signing super fast and easy too - she did a great job explaining the terms and letting us know about options like an extended warranty, but was not high pressure about it. The difference when I walked into Wilsonville Honda was like night and day. I never felt pressured or pushed. Gaylen was extremely kind and helpful. She had answers to all my questions, and guided me through every step of the process of buying a car. Brandie was also amazing to work with. She worked hard to get me a better APR than I was expecting, and she, like Gaylen, never made me feel silly for not knowing how parts of the process work. More
