It’s a shame! But it was fixed I bought two used cars from here trusting them. The last one I bought I was shown service records that I believed and they presented them like they we I bought two used cars from here trusting them. The last one I bought I was shown service records that I believed and they presented them like they were solid and everything was good and investigated. Six months and 9000 miles later the motor goes to xxxx. I go in there asking for records and asked how deep they looked into things and was told they can only go by what the customer states. It really is a shame that me and my problem are treated like a two bit customer from a dealership I used to recommend to people. But as long as they get their sale they don’t give two xxxxs cause when something goes bad they just want you gone. And that is the absolute truth. More

Katrina our salesperson was also amazing in the process, and everyone that we encountered, whether they were involved in the deal or not, was friendly and helpful. The kid’s play area was also a huge bonus, our kids had so much fun while we were signing all of the paperwork. Parker has a great team here, and we will highly recommend them to all of our friends.
