- Greg NMy battery died, so I called AAA to jumpstart me so I could drive to Wilsonville Honda. I needed the car back quickly, and they obliged me. Jenette checked me in and had the car scheduled for service right away. They did not have the right battery in stock, so they obtained one from a nearby dealer. Tony Martinez shuttled me home and picked me up when the battery was installed. Ryan Soumokil handled all of the service details and checked me out. All told, I was without the car for only about three hours. Customer service does not get any better than this. Wilsonville Honda has been my dealer for six years, and this is typical of their service. Thank you one and all

- Greg NI needed some extra keys for my Honda CRV. My first contract was Jordan in Parts. She ordered the required keys to be programmed. I made an appointment for the following week. At the appointment, I was checked in by Kristina and checked out by Brandon. The entire process went very smoothly, thanks to the professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and patience of these three employees. They exemplify the consistently wonderful customer service I have experience at Wilsonville Honda for the past six years.

The car runs beautifully, and for that I thank the service technician, Tyler Tacla. With this kind of car service and customer service, I would never think of going anywhere else.

- BelleI stopped taking my Honda CR-V to this dealership for a long time because twice I had to take my car back there to have them fix the oil leak that started when they changed the oil. I finally went back a few weeks ago to get my passenger air bag replaced per the recall notice. The very next day my VSA module went out. I've never had one problem with this Honda, not one! Yet, the day after I have the oil changed and the air bag replaced, I have a major problem. Coincidence? Maybe? But after what I had experienced previously, I think not. Won't go back to their service department again.

- SusanI wanted to say thank you to your wonderful sales person who helped me out last night. I regret I did not get her name, but from the pictures on your site, I think it may have been Anastasia. I was driving my 2018 Fit from Vancouver to Eugene when my tire pressure monitor system indicated low tire pressure. After receiving absolutely no help from two different gas stations, I was nervously driving south when I noticed your dealership off the freeway. I made my way back, and even though it was after hours, this wonderful person came out to my car and helped me out. She explained that the monitor was probably triggered by the cold weather and didn’t really indicate a tire pressure problem. She then reset the monitor and showed me how to do so myself should the problem recur. Your dealership is a little too far to come from Eugene, but you and your staff have earned my respect and gratitude. Thank you.

- Greg NI brought my Honda CRV in for routine maintenance, and Avelino was my service advisor. As usual, the customer service was excellent. Avelino took very good care of me. He explained what was to be done, then reviewed everything that was done before I left. The car was ready when he said it would be. He is outstanding at his job and I appreciate it. He is one of the main reasons for my loyalty to this dealership.
