After 12 years with Parker Lexus, I am done with them. They used to be outstanding, but have significantly gone downhill the past couple of years. A lot of new faces and addition of an AI system that makes it difficult to even schedule a simple oil change was the beginning of my change of heart. My most recent service was a simple oil change that turned into a $1300 visit which was needed, The $750 labor for a $120 part I thought was a little excessive, but I agreed. What really burned me was that I told them about a loud ongoing noise(more than a rattle) which the Lexus has had for years and could never figure out and the service advisor said that he knew what it was and knew the fix for it. It was simple matter with the spare tire. I was like that would be great if you could take care of it. After picking the RX350 up, I drove about 1/2 mile and "bang, bang". The noise was back. That was the last straw. I had complained about this noise for years and still nothing done even when they supposedly had it figured out and would fix it. I drove directly to the Acura dealership which is about 2 miles away and bought an Acura. No more Parker price gouging and declining service. More
I went to Parker Lexus to just look at a vehicle I saw online and no intentions of purchasing today. I got the opportunity to speak with the general manager, Bruce Gilby and he was very helpful and went online and no intentions of purchasing today. I got the opportunity to speak with the general manager, Bruce Gilby and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He set me up with Jesse Pastor, a salesman that was incredible!!! Jesse was very patient and knowledgeable. Jesse went above and beyond and I truly see why he was salesman’s of the year last year!!!! I had an awesome purchase experience even though I wasn’t planning to purchase that day but when you have a wonderful experience from the greeting when i walked in the door to sales, finance and the lady that showed me about my vehicle it was evident that this was the place where I needed to purchase. Jesse and I talked about new vehicles and he showed me one that fell in love with!!! From Bruce to Jesse to Easton to Emily, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the 3 hour drive to Parker Lexus was worth it!!! I also want to mention Bruce the general manager checked with me during the entire process and stopped by the finance office to see me before he headed out as I was finishing up. Again I can’t say enough about this team that helped with my buying experience!!!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!! More
Dealer/Owner needs to hire enough drivers to pick up & deliver cars for maintenance; staff responsible for customer service should be trained better! Communication to car owners is not very good. I receive more communication wanting me to buy a new car rather than asking how they can serve customer better. I will be interested to see if anyone calls me after what I have written. By the way, this is my 3rd Lexus! The driver Mary is wonderful. Robin is improving although we had a rocky start. It is also difficult to really speak with someone, which says to me the staff needs to be increased to give staff enough time to communicate with the customer. More
