Rick lined up the loaner car and drove it half way to me so that I would not have to make the long trip to Little Rock. For me, that is going above and beyond what most dealerships would do. I drove the car and had no doubt left in my mind that it was the car I wanted to purchase. We came to a compromising price (without difficulty) and drove to Little Rock to pick up our new car. Rick carefully explained all the gadgets on the new car and had us in and out of the dealership in a very short period of time.
