Every other dealership I’ve been to, I’ve dealt with pushy car salesman who obviously don’t have my best interest at heart. Sterling was very communicative and patient with me throughout the entire process. I am the most indicisive person and he stuck with me and helped me find my new car. They convinced me to just go and see and I cannot express enough how happy I am that I did. I have literally never felt more comfortable buying a car. Jason made it seem like such a breeze and I felt I was having fun with a friend. The best thing was I felt like he was genuinely looking out for me and my needs. It was our good fortune to meet Sterling Small, who is the epitome of an excellent auto salesperson! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the cars he sells, but he treated us like friends (and became ours), was supportive, helpful, applied no pressure and made us feel that his sole goal was to meet our needs. The perfect replacement for us happened to be on the showroom floor! Sterling and Don Burch in the financial department both worked overtime so that we could take our new car home that night. They were remarkable, as is the dealership. We always use Parker Subaru's excellent service department, though we live more than 50 miles away and there are other dealers closer. More
