Parks Chevrolet has RUINED my sons first car buying experience. Bought a used 2019 Ford 150 King Ranch from them and in 2 months the transmission is done. Now he's facing paying $9,000 for a new one experience. Bought a used 2019 Ford 150 King Ranch from them and in 2 months the transmission is done. Now he's facing paying $9,000 for a new one when Ford has advised that the transmission was already faulty when purchased and not sure how it was ever able to be driven this long. So now he's out of his old Vehicle and the new one has to be towed and not drivable until transmission is fixed. Will never buy from them again. More

From the start, the financing process was misleading and lacking transparency. We were charged for extra insurances and coverage that were never properly explained or fully disclosed to us. When we discovered the overcharges and requested a refund, our concerns were repeatedly ignored. It has now been over three weeks since they promised to issue a check—both to us and to the loan account—to correct their mistake. Despite numerous follow-ups, nothing has been done. Meanwhile, the bank continues to charge us interest on a loan balance that was supposed to be adjusted. Their failure to follow through is not only unprofessional but also financially harmful. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, I urge you to read every detail, double-check all charges, and be extremely cautious with their financing department. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
