I was looking for a special fully loaded Gladiator and found the best one in th I have bought dozens of cars over the years, but never long distance. I was looking for a special fully loaded Gladiator and found the best one in the southeast at Gastonia Jeep, so I reached out to them and that is when I meet Carlos Ratto. Carlos worked with me over the phone and thru email for the next few days as we worked the deal which included a high-end trade. Carlos was always super quick to respond and really helpful answering the many questions I had buying a Jeep long distance. Well, we came to an agreement, and I made the long trip to the dealership to meet Carlos in person. Carlos was there to greet me with my new truck shined up and the paper work ready to go. I was there for less than two hours and I was back on the road.
