Loved everything about the dealership, service and car wash.......But financial person wasn't nice on a lot of things........Matter of fact , husband stayed in room with him after he tried to walk out.. wash.......But financial person wasn't nice on a lot of things........Matter of fact , husband stayed in room with him after he tried to walk out....The wife did walk out. A part was broken on the front and the service guy ........he made sure that it was the right part. I have to go back because the part wasn't painted. He kept apologizing because I have to come all the way from SC to get the part put on when they get thru painting it................HIS NAME IN SERVICE WAS JAY. He was so nice. I will get my car wash when I come back to get the part put on for the second time. More

Jay Rappaport in the Service department ALWAYS provides great customer service. When I leave my car with him, I know it is in good hands. I recently left my car to get detailed, but there was some confusion and the detailing did not meet my expectations; however, Jay and Rebecca both went above. Both communicated their apologies & their desire & personal assurance that the detailing would be done to my satisfaction. It is my understanding, Rebecca is part of a new customer relations department and I must say, you picked the right woman for the job.
