WORST service experience- ever! They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, o They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, only to tag on the $50 to your bill in miscellaneous shop fees!!! Management doesn’t care either, don’t bother them with you facts and poor customer experience!? STAT AWAY, no one charges that MUCH and most if not all dealers are more honest and professional!!! More

My car was making a funny noise Ricky rode with me in my car knew exactly what the noise was put my car in the shop. Horrible service. They said they could not duplicate the problem with my car overheating after keeping my car for 4 days (3 business days and Sunday). As soon as I pic They said they could not duplicate the problem with my car overheating after keeping my car for 4 days (3 business days and Sunday). As soon as I picked up my car it broke down within 15 miles. I had to raise xxxx and call corporate in order for them to tow it back after saying they couldn’t find the problem. Long story short, they should do better with customer service skills and service dept needs to make sure they are hiring knowledgeable techs that can introduce variables to properly fix the cars they are servicing. They didn’t even diagnose my car with the computer even though I gave them permission when dropping off my car. More
