We saw a Journey we liked online, printed out the price and came in to see it. Started talking with Jeremiah and told him about how much we were looking to spend on a monthly payment. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because I had a code P1281 come up after a radiator was replaced (under warranty) at Sears Gastonia. The manager there was very rude and condecending. Ifeel he took full advantage of me being a female on my own. That was not the case with Jay or any of the men that i spoke to at your service department. They were very understanding, respectful and informative. Jay went out of his way to help me resolve this issue and explained all the issues with the repair. I trust i will get good service,and only the repairs i need and that those repairs will be completed and completed correctly. That is great peace of mind. The sales staff at Gastonia Dodge was excellent today. I was able to purchase a brand new Dodge Dart at a payment I can afford. Jeremy Webb was extremely knowledgeable about the Dart and was extremely helpf was able to purchase a brand new Dodge Dart at a payment I can afford.
