Communication was lacking. The service representative didn’t understand what was needed and didn’t listen. Original estimate was insane and included services that were recently done. No one contacted me when my car was ready although they stated they called. They left no message and no missed calls on my phone. I paid in advance and had to wait 40 mins to pick up my car. It wasn’t even vacuumed out after they had it for over 20 days for a wire repair. Honestly had this not been an insurance covered repair I would have gone elsewhere More

Was told the coupon for $40 off service over $400 (my bill was $975) on my Focus would automatically be applied. Got the bill - IT WASN'T! And Levin refused to honor it! Bill, my tech was great! He kept me informed on the progress of my repair and the ordered part that we had to wait for. Park Ford’s repair was completed earlier than expected He kept me informed on the progress of my repair and the ordered part that we had to wait for. Park Ford’s repair was completed earlier than expected which was a plus. But I only gave the dealership 4 stars as their invoicing is confusing and we never got a written estimate on the order/repair to begin with. So next time I know to ask for it and not expect it to be in the paperwork. More
