I was initially quoted a different price for my brakes over the phone, but upon arriving at Hyundai, I was given a significantly higher price. After declining the service due to the price discrepancy, one employee asked why I chose not to move forward, while another repeatedly insisted that I needed to have the service done, which made the experience uncomfortable and felt overly pushy. Additionally, my vehicle was not washed as requested after I declined the brake service. I know this because there was still dirt from the dirt road left on the vehicle. Since the wash was selected in the system and included on the printed paperwork, this service should not have been overlooked. I would also like to mention that there was dirt left in multiple areas on the driver’s side of my vehicle after it was serviced by the mechanic. More

We arrived to find the car we were looking for had significant body damage to the roofline just above the rear door, diver’s side. We were assured that, if we purchased the vehicle and drove it home, the repairs would be scheduled and made at no cost to us and a loner provided. We trusted the team and asked them to value our trade in. 25 minutes later, we were handed a sheet with “the numbers”. After just moment ago having promised the repairs would be made at no cost to us, $2,500 was added to the price of the vehicle (along with $1,800 for Lo-Jack system AND…. their trade in value for our vehicle was $8,000 BELOW the KBB trade average, and $7,900 lower than the CarMax guaranteed buy now offer! The car was immediately removed from all on-line sites (including the dealership’s own list of available vehicles). Shocker! This dealership is the poster-boy for SHADY DEALER TRICKS! More
