Brought my EV in for service and the advisor lied about the services I requested and these services were performed poorly. After returning to the dealership, I was met the smug reply of "I've worked here f the services I requested and these services were performed poorly. After returning to the dealership, I was met the smug reply of "I've worked here for three years and this is what Ford recommends". Eventually the service manager got involved and the issue was fixed and refunded. This sort of behavior is why people don't trust dealerships. More

Broke parts,left car with hand prints on headliner, car ran worse than when I brought it to the dealership. You can tell a good deal about a business just by seeing how smoothly things are running as you walk in the door. Since my vehicle is a 2014 model I've dealt with the service department exclusively. I count on them to know how to deal with ANY issue I have. This work van has only 20K miles and I will NOT be replacing it. I am retired, but still need the van to hold all of my tools and supplies necessary for maintaining our homestead in the woods of NW Gainesville.
