I was treated with unprofessionalism and disrespect throughout the entire process. Olga my service representative told me that she did not know where my car was and wasn’t going to try to find it. The manager Gerald “took over my case” after I requested Olga be removed, but he clearly forgot about that as soon as the day ended given that nobody called me to tell me my car was ready and when I called Gerald to enquire about it, he seemingly had no recollection of who I was. I am thankful that this is not my regular dealership as I would never purchase a vehicle through a place with such blatantly shady practices. More
