base my reviews, not just on one service call, but after several visits. My last visit was in regards to the bed liner. After the liner was put in, I called about a problem with it. Service advisor said he several visits. My last visit was in regards to the bed liner. After the liner was put in, I called about a problem with it. Service advisor said he would call me to get it fixed. Never got the call. I brought the truck in to schedule the repairs. Was told I would get a call from the person who does the liners. I still haven't gotten a call for the repair. I hope this is not the standard for service calls. More

The person supposed to help me sat on the phone for the first 20 minutes before acknowledging me. They wanted to have my car for at least 2 hours for an oil change.
