So I'm on month 4-5 of waiting on two tiny pieces of metal to be replaced. The part was not ordered the first time. The second time, the part was bent. Had a complete transmission failure while passing through Gainesville. Service suggested a VERY capable towing service who had us at the dealership within an hour.
