Best service ever! Juan Arroyave was amazing! Two weeks ago I referred someone to purchase a car from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. The reason I referred them is because I had a great exerpeicne back in 2006 when I bought my first car, and then again in 2016 when I finally upgraded that first car. He ended up buying a car the day I sent him in, and because I referred him I received a $100 referral bonus which was pretty cool for doing almost nothing. He dealt with a sales representitive by the name Juan Arroyave who did an excellent job. In fact, he did such a good job it made me consider buying another car. I only had my car for about a year, but my dream car was a Mustang. I purchased a Focus the year before, but decided I was finally comfortable financially enough that I could afford a Mustang. His knowledge and personality was great, and the best part about it was being able to text him personally about every detail. Overall, it took about a week for me to finally decide to purchase the new car. I had so many questions about trading in my car and every other little detail you can think of, but Juan helped me every step of the way. The day I finally decided to go ahead with the deal he came into work almost four hours early for me because of my schedule. I plan on keeping my Mustang for a long time, but when I happen to buy my next vehicle I will definietly be back there before I go anywhere else. I look very young for my age and feel that was taken advantage of at other dealerships. I spoke with Robert Vido at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel over the phone in regards to a car I saw in their inventory online honestly as a last ditch effort in my car shopping adventure. He answered all of my questions and even exceeded them and did not make me feel pressured in the least bit (which from my previous experiences means a lot). I ended up going down to the dealership that evening and even purchased the car I wanted! Robert Vido is the best! He is extremely knowledgable about Ford's products. He was patient with me, answered every question and explained everything. He was always straight forward and honest with me which was appreciated beyond his knowing. He gave me time to think and the time to make a wise decision, no pressure, no hassle, NO BS! Robert is an awesome person and sales person; Parks Ford you should be impressed to have such a well rounded employee like Robert. When we arrived David Bonsay was great to us, friendly, respectful and could not have been nicer. Test drive and appraisal of my trade went well and the sale went smoothly. We were pre-approved for a loan at a low rate and Vincent was able to find even lower APR for us which was awesome. This was once of the best car buying experiences I we have ever had and this is not my first car! I would recommend David to anyone he really took the time to explain everything in the car as well all the things to link our phones etc. In the future we will look here first when we want another car.
