He did not try apply sales pressure tactics to make me commit or make me feel uncomfortable. He allowed me to leave to shop around. After visiting another dealer and not finding what I was able to find at Parks Ford, I found myself returning within two hours. Pete was working with another customer at the time and I felt so comfortable with our first exchange, that I was willing to wait all night if I had to to work with Pete again. I am now the new owner of an F-150 XLT. Thanks a million. I will be back again. More

At a hard time in my moms life. My father passed away and I needed to get my mom a new car. I just stopped in to check on something she could drive, small and good on gas. I told the sales man (Rich Jodway) what was going on. He was very understanding! Very Nice! After talking for about 15mins All sounded great. I didnt have much time dealing with lots of things for my mom. Told Rich If I can I will try and get my mom up here in the next few days to look and let her make up her mind. Well Rich said no problem but if it hard for her to come here lets just take the car to her, so he did. She loved the car, the deal was made at my house. She was upset but was shocked that a dealership would be so nice to her with what she was going though. Rich went back got the car ready Cleaned and full of gas, and Vincent Ippolito the super nice and fast Finance Manager was ready so all went quick. We enjoyed our experience With Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. I will be back. More

Train Wreck So the dealership installs an after market clutch. Never said anything about voiding the warranty. Transmission is missing in third gear. They charge 640 dollars to "troubleshoot" the problem they created. Then they want 5300 dollars to repair the car. BTW the parts were 400 dollars so they wanted 4900 dollars for labor with technicians who have had no formal training unlike their ads say. Never ever buy a car from there. More

Recently I called to see if they could squeeze me in at the last minute to get an oil change because I was do for one and needed to make a road trip the next day. Without hesitation Will told me to come in and they would "take care of me" :-) . They gave me a full service oil change and I was in and out much sooner than expected.
