When I arrived again Will Smith fixed my truck himself, first time I ever seen A Service Advisor fix an issue themselves and I did not have to pay for the repair. Met in the middle Before I came in I wanted to see what used ford fusions they had. I saw two 2014 SE models. I called and talked to Robert Vido who met me as soon as I got there and I even showed up early. Robert helped me through up until the end with financing. I got helped by Paul Stokes who did a great job as a finance officer and we all met in the middle with a APR. Robert did come in toward the end and secured a great payment with Paul's help. Now I'm driving a beautiful 14 Ford Fusion from a 12 Honda Civic with no money down and I'm paying less a month. Parks Ford was great. More
