I was very specific about the car I bought my new Ford Fiesta from Parks Ford of Westley Chapel. From the very beginning they were ALL very helpful . I was very specific about the car I wanted. They searched and found my car at one of their sister lots and had it brought in for me. My salesperson Robert was a sweet-heart and very knowledgeable from the beginning. I was NOT budging, I knew what I wanted, and he was so helpful. They were ready to work with me on financing..despite my not so good credit. I would HIGHLY recondmend Parks Ford if your looking for a new vehichle. A very friendly, downhome atmosphere is what you will get from these folks! Not to mention a wide variety of vehichles and competative prices as well!! More

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS VIsited this place on Nov 6 2017 after contacting their online dept. Had my checkbook in hand. AFter all the hoop la from the salesman I was presented with a lowball figure on my car but worse was an additional $599 they tried to charge for registering the vehicle and putting my old tag on the new car, which it you check with Fl. DMV costs less than $200. After saying no thanks I had a very hard time getting my keys to my car back, luckily I had a spare key so I got my car back from the rear of the building and drove to The front and asked again for my keys another so call jerk Chris a manager tried to work me again, I was ready to call the police to get my key back when he finally gave it to me. THese people try to jack up another $599 charge. In addition to their. Dealer fee of $599 when you call them on it they get upset your not the sucker they hoped you were, then try to get your car keys back. SO a word to the wise watch out for these shysters. More

Joe was so friendly and trustworthy that by the end of the day we had purchased the car. even with the whole process taking a day it never felt rushed. Joe even stayed after hours to wait for the credit financing and other paperwork to be approved and the transactions complete. even after all that Joe drove the car to my house as no one else in my family knew how to drive manual More

Irresponsible Started negotiating with a sales rep for a 2017 Ram. After some back and forth negotiation we came up to an agreement. Once we had committed on the pu Started negotiating with a sales rep for a 2017 Ram. After some back and forth negotiation we came up to an agreement. Once we had committed on the purchase the vehicle, had an agreed upon price, and I had gotten the check from my financial institution to finance the vehicle, sent all the documentation I was asked for in order to complete the paperwork, I was then told that the dealer had came into an agreement with a buyer who had walked into the dealership in the morning. Mind you, I had started negotiating two days earlier. The salesman even offer to deliver the truck. But because my negotiations were on line, I was told that the walk in could come in at any moment and had priority regardless of whatever agreement we had and that if I still wanted the vehicle I needed to consider outbidding the other buyer. Not sure how this really works, but will be looking into the legal aspects of it. My understanding is that if I already had an agreed upon price and an accepted offer, that the dealer was supposed to make the vehicle unavailable and not negotiate it while I'm completing the paperwork. Would really like for the management to contact me and discuss policies. Not sure how the customer service is when present, but I live two hours away and was dealing on line. More
