Once the sell was over they could care less We looked at a car late in the evening and wanted to come back the next day - they wanted to seal the deal and we went for it. I would come back the n We looked at a car late in the evening and wanted to come back the next day - they wanted to seal the deal and we went for it. I would come back the next day and clean it out and learn all the options to my new car. Robert told me he was busy and would be available around lunchtime. I told him I would come at 12 noon. When I arrived he was busy - at 12:30 he had not come out to tell me anything yet. I went back in at 12:45 and had him paged. He came out and told me he was still busy with his customer that buys a truck every two years. I told him I was busy also and would find a different Ford Dealer to help me figure out my new car! All he would have had to do was come out or send someone out to tell me something - but he never did and then he made me feel like my business was not as important as the truck buyer! Haven't heard a word from anyone at the dealership - I guess once they sell the car why bother!! More

Great way to do business. Saves a lot time. I went on line looking for a new Ford Edge to replace my 2014 Edge lease. I was contacted by many dealerships. When Robert called me and said that the I went on line looking for a new Ford Edge to replace my 2014 Edge lease. I was contacted by many dealerships. When Robert called me and said that they may have a vehicle I may be interested in. I told him that I liked the car and would consider a new lease. The numbers were great but I said I live in the Villages about 1 1/2 hours away. Long story made short Robert drove the new car to my house we completed the deal in under 30 minutes and he took the old lease 2014 Edge, Ford also waived the last payment of my old lease.
