Robert Vido I bought a Ford Edge SEL last week. When I arrived, Robert asked me what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, he had a new Ford Edge and a used 20 I bought a Ford Edge SEL last week. When I arrived, Robert asked me what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, he had a new Ford Edge and a used 2015 SEL for me to look at. He showed me the differences between both the vehicles in the parking lot and was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. After taking the used SEL for a drive, I did not want to test drive the new Edge. The negotiation process, including assessing my trade-in, was painless and not stressful. No haggling. Another Great Experience Bought a 2017 Ford Escape this week, interacting with Robert Vido first on telephone to get some questions answered about certain options we needed an Bought a 2017 Ford Escape this week, interacting with Robert Vido first on telephone to get some questions answered about certain options we needed and then at the dealership to see the Escape and choose a color. Robert was very thorough and patient in explaining the options and finding us the exact vehicle we wanted. Had bought an Explorer at Parks Ford in 2014 from another sales associate and returned because that was the easiest car transaction I had ever experienced. This time with Robert in Sales and Paul in Finance was a similar experience. Parks Ford also has an excellent, customer-oriented service department that we use for all services including oil changes and tire rotations. More

We had been shopping various dealerships throughout the day for our daughter's first vehicl We arrived at the dealership shortly before closing time. We had been shopping various dealerships throughout the day for our daughter's first vehicle. Though it was close to closing time, we were greeted by a young salesman by the name of Eathan Brandt. Esthan was so pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicle that caught my daughter''s. He answered all of our questions and reviewed the safety rating of the vehicle, explained how it was built and the safeguards implemented in the vehicle. This part ular vehicle had a spacious trunk and low and behold, Eathan actually got in the trunk to show us. This was over and above and absolutely awesome. We did purchase the vehicle and though tired Eathan was all smiles walked my daughter through all of the.vehicle features.
